The Limits of Insight
Knowing is only half the battle. The insight we gain about ourselves and our wives is super valuable, but insight alone does not equal change. What we do with that insight (the choices we make and the actions we take based on that knowledge) is what leads to change. The equation should look more like insight + choice = change.
