These are the tools we use in our own lives as well as empower clients to use. The tools aren't meant to be an end in themselves; meaning the goal isn't to use the tool for the sake of having used a tool. The goal is that the tool facilitates Intimacy. Intimacy with yourself, God, your wife and with others.
These 3 tools are meant to be used sequentially; each builds upon the previous one. Ideally, you would get ninja at Emotional Journaling, then move to Quadrant work, and finally put it all together by utilizing the Bowtie Diagram.
